Delete your Daystrong account and server data.
In the app, open More → Your data → Delete account permanently. Confirm with your current sign-in method. The action cannot be undone.
Cannot access the app?
Email support@arturf.ch from the address used for your account. We will verify the request before deletion and will never ask for your password by email.
Data removed
Your account record, profile, targets, diary entries, weigh-ins, saved meals, community activity, beta feedback, analytics consent and AI usage ledger association are deleted from the active database.
Timing and backup expiry
In-app deletion is immediate in the active PostgreSQL database. Verified email requests are handled as soon as possible. The database is backed up every 24 hours on the same managed server; each checksum-verified, test-restored backup is scheduled for automatic deletion when it reaches seven days. Data already present in an older recovery-only backup can remain until that scheduled expiry, but no new backup contains the deleted account. Encrypted off-host recovery, independent expiry monitoring and fixed time-based infrastructure-log deletion remain Wave-2 gates.
